Hand picked from our estate single-vineyard plot and 100% de-stemmed. Cold soaked for ~5 days until natural fermentation. Hand plunged 2-3 times a day. After fermentation, the wine was left on skins for extended maceration for 12 days.
18 months in 20% new oak, 80% in 2 year old barrels.

Look over your shoulder and make sure no one is watching you sip and grin because they're going to want a piece of the action and believe me – you will be wanting to keep this puppy all to yourself! We have been waiting, I kid you not, for four years (!) to taste a new vintage of this cracker of a wine. The wait was worth it, oh was it worth it. Intense pepper and exotic florals on the nose merge with vanilla-saturated plum, cherry and boysenberry bootyliciousness – plump tannins and smooth succulence round out the finish. I love this wine!!!
