About 50/50 Syrah/Chardonnay.
Whole-bunch Chardonnay harvested the same day and fermented with hand-destemmed Syrah berries. 10 days on the skins to bring out some spice while keeping this wine very fresh, juicy, and fun.
Nothing added, nothing taken away.
