Half-half Chardonnay & Pinot Noir. 

Fruit forward, gentle mousse, seashells, La Mer. 

Organically farmed, no additives, hand disgorged after one year sur lie in bottle. 

Pinot Noir was foot stomped and macerated for a short time with the Chardonnay hand picked on top and whole bunch pressed together. Fermented in stainless steel and bottled to finish fermentation.
